Leona Lewis Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors

British pop star Leona Lewis has dismissed rumours she recently went under the knife for a boob job insisting her assets are all natural.

The “Bleeding Love” hitmaker has shown off a fuller figure over the last few weeks, fuelling speculation she has boosted her chest with cosmetic surgery.

But Lewis insists the stories aren’t true – blaming her inflated bosom on recent weight gain.

She says, “Every few months I get people asking me if I’ve had a boob job. No, I haven’t. With me, every time my weight goes up or down a little bit, it’s so noticeable there and people start to speculate about it. But, no, they aren’t fake.”

Rihanna To Perform On “The X-Factor” Nov. 22

Great news, Brits: Pop’s Bajan princess Rihanna is set to perform on the British talent show The X-Factor later this month. The “Disturbia” hitmaker will belt out her new single “Russian Roulette” from her forthcoming album, Rated R, on a program airing Nov. 22.

“I am beyond excited – it was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. A lot of people watch the show over here (in America) on YouTube and I personally caught a lot of it when Leona Lewis was on, who’s an amazing artist,” Rihanna said Wednesday. “So, to say yes to (show boss) Simon (Cowell) was an honor, especially as I know the show so well.”

Alexandra Burke and Cheryl Cole are also expected to perform on the results show. Meanwhile, Rihanna’s fourth studio album is slated for release the day after her X-Factor appearance.

Leona Lewis is grateful an attack with a crazy fan at a London book signing this month didn’t turn deadly.
The singing sensation was left in shock after a fan reportedly lashed out at her during a book signing session in London.

Peter Kowalczyk, 29, the emotionally unstable singer accused of punching the star, was arrested at the scene, and later sectioned under the Mental Health Act.

Despite canceling several promotional appearances following the incident, Leona is eager to put the ordeal behind her.

“It could have been worse. I’m still alive, it’s just something you have to deal with when you have fame and the positives far outweigh the negatives. I don’t like to dwell on the negatives, I’m a very positive person.”

Leona is as loyal as she is positive; the songbird turned down the chance to make out with Chace Crawford.

The X Factor winner, 24, and the Gossip Girl star appeared together in her “I Will Be” video last year, but Leona didn’t want to upset her longtime boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa by smooching with the hunk.

“They wanted me and Chace to kiss. But I said no way. I’d just have been too embarrassed, he’s my friend! He’s so beautiful, I mean, look at him – he could be a girl. He’d be a really pretty girl,” she laughed.

“But I just don’t think of him like that. And it wouldn’t be fair to Lou to kiss other guys.”

Cheryl Cole Starstruck By Beyonce

British singer Cheryl Cole was left completely starstruck after meeting singer-actress-superstar Beyonce Knowles-Carter.

The Girls Aloud stunner admits she acted like a starstruck fan when she was first introduced to the singer on Britain’s talent show The X Factor last year.

“I turned into a fool when I saw Beyonce, I couldn’t speak to her. I really embarrassed myself. When I saw Jay-Z the other week I did the same. I didn’t know whether it was because I’d built it up in my head, but when he approached me I started screaming Jay-Z and then turned my back on him,” Cheryl tells TheList.com.

Cheryl also revealed that if she could only listen to one artist’s music for the rest of her life, she would pick songs by Mrs. Knowles-Carter.

“I think Beyonce would fulfil everything I’d need really. I love watching massive performances with pyrotechnics and dancers, but she can also give you those tender moments. Beyonce is my favourite, but I’ve got a jukebox at my house and I put random things on. Music lifts your spirit and takes you to a good place,” she said.

Whitney Houston’s Wardrobe Malfunction On X-Factor

Whitney Houston served as a guest mentor on Britain’s The X Factor on Saturday and sang her latest single, “Million Dollar Bill,” on Sunday’s results show.

About two minutes into the song, a strap at the back of her dress broke!

While Houston made one brief attempt to adjust the rebellious strap, she quickly returned her full attention to the song, and seemed to take the mishap in stride.

“I sang myself out of my clothes,” Houston joked.

Simon Cowell Will Protect Leona Lewis

Simon Cowell has vowed to ensure Leona Lewis has maximum security in the future, after a man attacked her at a book signing earlier this week.

The Bleeding Love hit-maker was signing copies of her new book, Dreams, at a central London store on Wednesday when Peter Kowalczyk allegedly punched her in the face.

Lewis needed medical treatment for a cut across her temple after the incident and she was forced to pull out of a scheduled promotional trip to Germany on Thursday. Kowalczyk was arrested and subsequently sectioned under the U.K.’s Mental Health Act.

And Cowell, who has guided Lewis’ career since she won The X Factor in 2006, is adamant the singer will be better protected in the future.

He tells Britain’s Daily Star, “I was stunned anyone would want to attack her. We need to make sure she is protected.”

I don’t think I could see Simon himself blocking a punch…..but it’s fun to picture.

Leona Lewis Is Afraid Of Her Second Album “Echo” Flopping

The British songstress gained millions of fans worldwide after her debut album Spirit topped the charts in 2007 with the help of her international hit single “Bleeding Love,” but Leona is convinced her upcoming LP Echo will “bomb” and she is working hard to afraid the sophomore jinx.

A source tells Britain’s Look Magazine: “Leona knows she’s going to have to work harder with Echo to equal, never mind better, the success of Spirit. She wouldn’t want to be a one-album wonder. She’s been heavily involved in the making of this album and there’s a detailed plan in place to make it a success.”

“Leona also knows she’s been in the US for a long time and she may have lost some of her UK fan base. There are plenty of reality TV stars who’ve been successful with their first album, but bombed with their second,” the source explained.

“The problem is that when Leona first appeared, there was no one else like her. But things are very different now. She has some serious competition and it’s preoccupying her entirely. It’s as if she can’t think of anything else.”
