Tim McGraw’s Latest Album “Southern Voice” Drops October 20th

Tim McGraw will launch his upcoming album, Southern Voice, out on October 20, with a series of national television appearances. On Oct 12th he performed on “The Late Show with David Letterman” and played an exclusive ‘Live on Letterman’ webcast concert from the Ed Sullivan Theater.

Today, October 16th, McGraw will return to the “Late Show” for another performance and a chat with the host.

“Southern Voice” is Tim’s first album in two-and-a-half years; and it was recorded in Nashville, TN with his longtime producer, Byron Gallimore. An extensive tour is planned for next year.

Later this month, Tim is set to perform on “The Today Show” (10/23) as part of the Toyota Concert Series in Rockefeller Plaza. He’s set to perform on “The Jay Leno Show” October 27, where he’ll be joined by special guest Gregg Allman. And on October 29th he’ll perform on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.

Jay Leno has tapped superstars Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kanye West to perform on the debut episode of his new show, “The Jay Leno Show”, which premiers Monday, September 14th, 2009. They will be performing ‘Run This Town’, the current single off of Jay-Z’s highly anticipated new album “The Blueprint 3″, which is set to be released on September 11th.
