Ke$ha’s Third Single Might Not Be The One She Wants

Keha kesha blah blah blah hot

“If I could pick any song on the record, I’d want it to be ‘Stephen’, but I think we’re going for either ‘Your Love Is My Drug’ or ‘Take It Off’. ‘Stephen’ and Animal’ are my two favourites on the album though. ‘Stephen’ shows the vulnerable side of me but it’s still a funny pop song. It’s me saying I’m totally obsessive and in love with this guy, but he’s blowing me off in a pretty funny way. I like ‘Animal’ because it’s one of the last songs I wrote for the record and it just embodies everything I think about humans – it’s my take on human beings as an animal.” [source]

So what do you guys think should be Ke$ha’s third single? ‘Your Love Is My Drug’ or ‘Take It Off’?

To the surprise of absolutely no one, tickets for Chris Brown’s upcoming Fan Appreciation Tour aren’t selling very well.

Will Breezy be able to put his attack on Rihanna behind him and save his career or will his lady-beating meltdown haunt him “Forever?”

The disgraced former heartthrob is attempting a comeback with his Fan Appreciation Tour, which kicks off at the House of Blues in Houston next week, but Chris still struggles to fill the small venues he’s set to perform in, industry snitches spill to The NY Daily News. Chris’ tepid ticket sales in a direct result of his vicious attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna last February, industry execs tell the paper’s “Gatecrasher Column.”

“This is definitely not the outcome [Chris' label] Jive Records hoped for. Chris lost a lot of fans after he assaulted Rihanna. And after that whole scandal, he’s not exactly kid-friendly. What parent would buy their children tickets to his concert?”

In related news, Chris’ third album Graffiti has been pushed up a week to Dec. 8.

I wonder if he’s going to tweet on his Twitter about all of this?!

With all of the rumors surrounding a break-up of the Pussycat Dolls, the groups creator Robin Antin has spoken and says the girls are all replaceable and fans can expect new music from the group, whoever it may include.

Antin says:

“The truth is I have had a lot of different girls in the Pussycat Dolls over the years which many people did not know before the band. I had many reincarnations of the PCD so if a couple of girls want to go out and do something else it is easy for me to find other girls. My trademark motto is behind every woman is a Pussycat Doll; there are many girls that I can bring in. I know that I will make it great, sexy and make everyone feel like a Pussycat Doll. That is the beauty of what I have, a brand that is bigger than all of us.”

Robin also revealed that the Pussycat Dolls may be heading to Broadway.

“I have the idea with the Pussycat Dolls story. The real story which is my story, I started PSC in a garage and worked my way up. It is a good, wild, crazy story but my dream is to do it in a way that Jersey Boys was able to do it. Tell the real story with the huge hits and use all the music to fill the whole show. It is going past dreaming about it now, I believe in it.”

As for other celebrities she’d like to see as a guest Pussycat Doll, Antin says:

“I would definitely love to have Beyonce. She is someone that I look and I say, ‘she is the ultimate.’ I’ve had Gwen Stefani, Scarlett Johansson and some many beautiful, incredible women, what more can I get? I have always wanted Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna of course, these are woman that get it, they get me and even Madonna would be great.”

Just goes to show you, you should never get to comfortable…everyone’s replaceable!

Adam Lambert unveiled a new cover for the first official single off his upcoming album For Your Entertainment. The cover is just as dramatic as his album cover, but far less campy. Lambert appears to be channeling Rihanna in this pic.

Lambert also debuted his single ‘For Your Entertainment’ on KIISfm’s morning show with Ryan Seacrest today. The song is not at all what we were expecting from the Idol runner-up. The track is completely pop, so much so that it could have been a Britney reject. But we have no shame…we’re loving it after a few listens.

Adam Lambert Responds To Album Cover Critics

Adam Lambert has been getting a lot of criticism for his upcoming For Your Entertainment album cover.

Lambert took to his official Twitter account to respond:

“Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy. It’s an omage to the past. It IS ridiculous.”

“For those that don’t get it: oh well… Glad to have gotten your attention.”

You definitely got everyone’s attention, but why stay stuck in the past? We want something fresh and new, something that reinvents the past.

I’m starting to wonder if Lambert thinks he’s the second coming of Lady Gaga…
