She says, “I would love to do a campaign for them in the future. I’d definitely look to do something if it was done tastefully and for the plight of animals everywhere around the world.”

Leona Lewis would not be the first female celebrity to pose naked for PETA, other supporters include Pamela Anderson, Eva Mendes, and Alicia Silverstone.

Contactmusic.com is reporting reggae star Sean Kingston has set out to prove dogs really are a man’s best friend – he’s starring in PETA’s new pooch ad campaign.

The Beautiful Girls hit-maker, who has a pup of his own, named Sunshine, has teamed up with officials at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to promote their anti-chaining dog awareness drive, to discourage animal-owners from leaving their pets tethered up outside.

The star appears next to the tagline, ‘Chill with your dogs. Never chain them’ in the thought-provoking campaign – and he’s delighted about his involvement with the charity.

Kingston says, “Look at it like being a human person. You’re family member is outside with no room to scoot, without a place to stay… that’s how they should look at it. A lot of people should just think about: if that was them. I had dogs before, but my new dog Sunshine, I’ve formed a huge chemistry between me and her.”

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has shed his clothes in support of animal rights. The caring rocker has teamed up with Peta2, the young adult division of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), for its new “Ink, Not Mink” campaign, which urges fans to bear body art instead of fur.

He’s posed topless for print ads, showing off his collection of tattoos across his chest and arms under the tagline, “Be comfortable in your own skin, and let animals keep theirs.”

He says, “What’s really important for people to understand is the cruelty behind the fur industry. Electrocuting animals, skinning them while they’re alive – these are acts of inhumanity. Because it’s out of sight, it’s usually out of mind for most people, and we need to show our respect for all creatures of this world.”

Bennington is also speaking out about another animal rights cause close to his heart – dog and cat overpopulation – in a bid to encourage pet owners to have their fluffy friends neutered or spayed.
