Janet Jackson Is Worried About Lady Gaga

Janet Jackson loves her some Lady Gaga but she’s worried that Gaga may be pushing herself too hard!
Jackson tells MTV, “I really love GaGa and she’s a sweetheart. It’s not always the case when you meet them (superstars). You can enjoy their work, but it’s not always so pleasant when you get to know their personality, and she truly is a sweetheart. She’s definitely doing something different and I love that.”
Janet also shared her concerns about Lady Gaga. She said, “She works so hard and I told her I think she needs to slow down just a little bit, take some time out for herself.”
Janet isn’t the first star to voice their concern about Lady Gaga’s health. Ryan Tedder from the group OneRepublic warned Gaga to “be careful” not to burn herself out.
About a month ago Lady Gaga passed out on stage a couple of times and she said that sleep deprivation was the main cause, “I was so jetlagged, I got in the night before and the jetlag just really caught up with me. I passed out about three times on stage that night but I got myself to the floor. I’d rather die on stage than walk off the stage because I was going to pass out… It’s never happened to me before, I was just really tired.”
Be careful Miss Gaga!! Safety first!

After the success of her Grammy award winning debut album 19, Adele has enlisted the help of OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder for her follow-up album.
It seems like just about everyone is working with Tedder these days. After the recent controversy surrounding the similarities of certain tracks given to artists by Tedder, fans are concerned that Adele’s new album will have Tedder’s style all over it, but Tedder has gone on the record to assure fans they have nothing to worry about.
Tedder says –
“19, that album was so absolutely mind-blowing to me, so simple and beautiful that I don’t want myself as a fan to interfere with her sound.
“Yesterday the song we did was very much Adele – it was 10% Ryan, 90% Adele.”
He says he told the singer: “I don’t want to put you through the Ryan Tedder machine where you end up with a song that sounds as much like Ryan Tedder as it does Adele.”

Ryan Tedder Speaks Out About Working With Kelly Clarkson

Ryan Tedder, who wrote Kelly Clarskon’s current hit single ‘Already Gone’, is speaking out about working with Clarkson. Following the backlash he received after being accused of shopping the same track to Beyoncé and Clarkson, Tedder isn’t so quick to say he’s work with Clarkson again any time soon. As you may recall, Beyoncé’s ‘Halo’ sounds very similar to Clarkson’s ‘Already Gone’.
Tedder says –
“Man, I haven’t talked to her, to be honest, since that went down. She has my email. Her attorney or somebody from her camp told somebody from my camp that she’s willing to work with me again. I was like, oh, thank you. I mean, I’m looking at your song right now and it’s #1 for the fourth week on Hot AC, so I’m sorry that I helped with that. I was absolutely livid when that whole thing came out because she had no idea what she was talking about when she said that. Somebody got up in her ear, and she got a bug in her ear. It was how she said it and how she worded it. If I was going around and selling the same track to the biggest artists in the world, how long would my career last? It’s ludicrous. And she knows me well enough to know I’m not an idiot. I’m not the kinda guy who’s gonna bust my ass for ten years to try and pull a fast one on Beyonce or Kelly.”
Ryan then continued, insisting that he actually prefers ‘Already Gone’ over Beyonce’s hit ‘Halo’.
“I’m no longer mad about the situation at all. ‘Already Gone’ has just about done as well in America as ‘Halo’ did. She literally wanted to sabotage the song. I’m happy that it saw the light of day, because I actually liked “Already Gone” more than “Halo.” I connect with it more. It gave me goose bumps. I’ve watched girls I’ve played the song for cry. It’s just an emotional, heartbreaking breakup song. I always liked it more than ‘Halo’.”
The One Republic frontman then hinted that he may never work with Clarkson again.
“As far as working with her in the future, I would—but I don’t know, man. It really is tough to say. I like Kelly a lot. I have nothing but amazing stuff to say about her. Her album just got nominated for Pop Album Of The Year, and I like to think I contributed somewhat with that. She’s the easiest person to work with in the studio, and all these other great superlatives. But having said that, it’s like, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. And I just don’t know that I wanna venture—I don’t wanna get some crazy-ass backlash or get my head snapped off for writing a hit song. I do wish her the best, and if we work together in the future, then I will be a happy camper about it and let bygones be bygones.”

He’s written for some of the biggest names in the business including Leona Lewis (‘Bleeding Love’, ‘Happy’), Beyoncé (‘Halo’), Kelly Clarkson ( ‘Already Gone’), Jordin Sparks (‘Battlefield’), and don’t forget his own band, OneRepublic. He has also recently written for Adam Lambert and Natasha Bedingfield and plans to work with Katy Perry in 2010.
So what’s next for Ryan Tedder? He’s going country in a collaboration with country superstars Rascal Flatts, according to Billboard.com. Tedder, who trained in songwriting in Nashville, says that writing for county artists is “refreshing.”
