While the world eagerly awaits the music video for Britney Spears new hit single ‘Hold It Against Me,’ Britney gave her fans a sneak peek by posting a picture from the set on her official Twitter account.

“Such an incredible experience. I think this will be one of the best videos I have ever done,” she Tweeted. “Day 2 is a wrap! #HIAM video coming soon…”

Britney Spears ‘Hold It Against Me’ Music Video News

It looks like Britney is going in for the kill following the success of her new single ‘Hold It Against Me’. Britney tweeted that she’ll be working with Swedish director Jonas Akerland for the ‘Hold It Against Me’ music video.

“Dance, dance, and more dance,” the singer Tweeted earlier. “Getting ready to shoot the video for HIAM this week with Jonas Akerlund. Super excited!”

Akerland has directed numerous high profile music videos including Madonna’s “Ray of Light” and “Music”, Lady GaGa’s “Paparazzi”, Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful”, Rihanna’s “Who’s That Chick”, The Smashing Pumpkins’ “Try, Try, Try” and “The Everlasting Gaze”, The Prodigy’s “Smack My Bitch Up”, and Lady GaGa and Beyoncé’s ”Telephone”.

We can’t wait to see Britney bust a move like she used to!

New Details On Britney Spears ‘Hold It Against Me’ Music Video

Now that the entire world has become even more obsessed with Britney Spears, her choreographer Brian Friedman shared new details with MTV on Britney’s video for her new single ‘Hold It Against Me’.

“Someone like Britney, she was born to dance,” he told MTV. “This is a dance video; rehearsals can get pretty rough. We’re playing it safe, we’re not trying to kill ourselves, but as the video comes closer and closer we will definitely be hurting our backs. There was a moment while we were rehearsing where I showed Britney a section and it was something I really wanted her to do, and she freaked out — it’s crazy when you first see something like that just how overwhelming it can be, especially when you haven’t been in the [dance] studio for a year. It was probably the wrong section to show her first, but she learned it and she’s killing it now.”

“She’s fun to work with,” he continued. “She’s a southern girl, she’s all about having fun and laughing and cracking jokes. I think you can expect the unexpected from Britney. She’s taking risks when it comes to fashion, when it comes to choreography, when it comes to this music — she’s grown up so much, and she’s pushing thirty years old soon, so she’s a strong independent woman and I think she wants to show that.”

I am more excited about this video than any other video Britney has made! This will be the comeback video we’ve been anticipating.

Lady Gaga To Perform At The Grammy Awards

Lady Gaga will be releasing her new single on February 13th and what better way to promote her new single than to perform at the Grammy Awards on the same night. It’s been confirmed by Gaga’s choreographer Laurieann Gibson on Twitter that Gaga will, in fact, be performing at the Grammy Awards.

Gaga is known for her memorable and show stopping awards show performances and, with the amount of press this will generate for her new single and upcoming album Born This Way, we expect this to be her biggest performance yet.

Britney Spears Reveals Single Cover Art. New Details On Upcoming Music Video

It’s official! Britney fans around the globe are finding it hard to sleep with the release of Britney’s new single “Hold It Against Me” just days away. Yesterday, Spears revealed the cover art for her upcoming single via her Twitter account and fans went crazy. She looks absolutely stunning.

A demo of the single leaked online yesterday, but Britney’s management assures everyone that the real single will blow everyone away.

Spears’ managers Larry Rudolph and Adam Leber gave Ryan Seacrest a first listen to the high-energy single on Thursday, which blew away the demo that leaked online earlier this morning. Leber played the song off of his trusted iPod Classic in Ryan’s radio studio (see photo below). Britney’s managing team also played a second song for Ryan, “I I I Wanna Go” another powerhouse single from the new album.

Rudolph and Leber explained to Ryan that the creative process for “Hold It Against Me” music video is well underway and are nothing short of spectacular. Spears has been rehearsing choreography for the video for a month now, and will shoot in two weeks. [source]

Avril Lavigne is back! Avril released her new single ‘What The Hell’ on New Year’s Eve when she performed on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve.

‘What The Hell’ is very similar to Avril’s sound on her last album The Best Damn Thing and I’m loving it! For all the haters who were quick to judge Avril’s new single, Avril told everyone that the first single would be a sound that her fans were already familiar with. Smart move considering it’s been a few years since Avril’s had a hit single. But don’t worry, Avril’s reassured everyone the the rest of the album is more mature and acoustic. We’ll have to wait and see when it’s released.

Lady Gaga Makes Big Announcement On New Album ‘Born This Way’

Lady Gaga promised her little monsters that she had a big announcement that she would reveal on New Year’s Eve. Do you think she delivered?

Gaga announced that she will be releasing her first single off of her new album Born This Way the day before Valentine’s Day, February 13, 2011. Gaga also revealed that her fans will have to wait until May 23, 2011 for the release of the full album.

A new promo picture (view here) has also been released that shows Gaga’s bare behind fully exposed. Last time I checked, crack kills. Do you think it’s too much?

Ke$ha released the title track to her upcoming album ‘Cannibal’ on iTunes yesterday. The song is typical Ke$ha, quick talking verses and a power driven chorus, although this time around Ke$ha chants ‘I Am Cannibal’ repeatedly in the chorus.
