Miley Cyrus performed her hit single ‘Party In The USA’ at the 2010 Much Music Video Awards. Miley continued to bare all with her less-than-there outfit, inspiring young girls everywhere to be trashy, not classy. Perhaps she should have spent more time on her vocals. Girlfriend was a little “off”.
Miley had a surprise guest join her during the performance. Justin Bieber rode out on the stage disguised with a hat and bandana over his face. Miley helped Justin reveal himself as she sang ‘And a JB song was on.”
