Rihanna Cancels Upcoming Shows

Recently Rihanna cancelled over half a dozen shows for her North American tour, “Last Girl on Earth,” including the Seattle, Dallas, Auburn, and Phoenix concerts with her people citing production changes and scheduling conflicts. Thursday they announced even more cancellations.

“Due to a change in Rihanna’s schedule, she can no longer appear in Englewood, CO (July 15), Atlanta, GA (July 28) and Noblesville, IN (August 3). Fans who purchased tickets will receive a refund. Rihanna apologizes to her fans and hopes to make it up to them on the next tour.”

Could it be she’s spending more time in the studio with the record label trying to rush her upcoming album for the years end? Or is it low ticket sales? She’s not saying, although Thursday she was spotted at Barney’s in Beverly Hills on a shoe shopping spree, the day before heading off to the LAX airport on Friday to make her Sacramento performance.

Rihanna Hospitalized In Switzerland

Rihanna was hospitalized in Zurich, Switzerland, on Monday night following her concert at the Hallenstadion Arena.

Hospital officials have confirmed that Rihanna has been treated in the Emergency Room for an undisclosed condition.

“Rihanna arrived at the accident and emergency unit. We’re not going to give any details,” says Alenka Ambroz, a rep for the medical center.

She was treated for approximately two and a half hours and was discharged from the hospital at around 2.55AM.

Rihanna is preparing for her “Last Girl on Earth” Summer Tour. There have been reports that tickets to her concert aren’t selling very fast!

Rihanna Shoots ‘Rockstar 101′ Music Video

Rihanna has teamed up with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker for her latest music video for her new single ‘Rockstar 101′.

Rihanna and her band are dressed in their best rockstar attire, but we prefer Rihanna the pop star more.

Travis Barker has been lending his skills to teach Rihanna how to play the drums for her upcoming Last Girl On Earth tour.

Nicki Minaj Drops Out Of Rihanna’s Upcoming Tour

Shortly after it was announced, Rihanna’s upcoming Last Girl On Earth tour could be in trouble?

Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha were confirmed as the opening acts, but Nicki Minaj has dropped out. Minaj made the announcement via Twitter.

Minaj tweeted, “Barbz I’m sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi’s tour. I’ve decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand.”
