Katy Perry just released the cover for her upcoming album Teenage Dream. The artwork, shown above, shows Katy posing naked on a cloud of cotton candy. Will this entire album be inspired by Willy Wonka? Is that what teenagers dream about every day?
Katy also announced that her next single will be “Teenage Dream” and it is expected to hit radio on July 26th.
