Robyn’s ‘Dancing On My Own’ Now On iTunes + Upcoming Tour Dates

Robyn’s new digital single, ‘Dancing On My Own’ is now available on the iTunes Store. Recently named “Best New Track” by Pitchfork, it’s the lead single from her forthcoming album, Body Talk PT 1, which is scheduled for release by Cherrytree Records on June 15th.

Robyn, who will perform on “Late Show with David Letterman” on July 19th, will kick off a North American tour on July 16th with a performance at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago. Other tour highlights include appearances at the inaugural Disco Lemonade: Summer Mashup Festival in Toronto (July 30th) and Montreal’s Osheaga Festival (July 31st). Due out later this year, the album is an innovative pop hybrid that drops full-throttle onto the dance floor and is warmed by an unexpected dose of lyrical sincerity. You may recognize Wynter’s name and voice from a little collaboration she did with Flo-Rida called ‘Sugar’.

The ‘Big News’ that Christina Aguilera has been promising for the past week on her official website is finally here!

Christina, or should we refer to her as Xtina once again, has delivered a single that reminds us of the days when she was ‘Dirrty’. This is the Christina that we’ve been loving for years. Now, I guess we can forgive her for that awful Back To Basics phase.

Christina Aguilera Releases Snippet Of ‘Not Myself Tonight’

Christina Aguilera has been revealing ‘Big News‘ every day this past week leading up to the release of her debut single off her new album, Bionic. First, she revealed a saucy new cover for the single ‘Not Myself Tonight’. Then she posted the song’s lyrics on her official website. She followed that up by revealing the cover of her album and now she’s released a snippet of ‘Not Myself Tonight’.

On her new sound, Christina says,

“I’m so excited — I’ve had an idea for a futuristic feel for many years now. It’s always been in the back of my mind to do a more futuristic sound. I was inspired by artists that I am collaborating with on the album. Folks like Sia, Ladytron and Goldfrapp.”
