When you’re one of the biggest producers in the business, I’m sure it’s easy to get whoever you want on your album.

Shock Value II is due out December 8th.

It’s incredible to see the success that Daughtry has had. He should have won American Idol.

Kris Allen’s Upcoming Album

As we previously reported, American Idol’s Kris Allen will be releasing his debut album on November 17th, 2009.

According to Billboard.com, “Allen has been recording his debut album with The Fray’s Joe King, songwriter Claude Kelly (Akon, Leona Lewis), Salaam Remi (Nas, Amy Winehouse) and David Hodges (Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry). Allen also hit the studio in Nashville with singer/songwriter Matt Kearney, and last week he told EW.com of writing sessions with Toby Gad (Beyoncé, Fergie) and Lindy Robbins (Backstreet Boys, Jordin Sparks).”

Sounds like an impressive list of talent for the Idol winner. Allen’s album is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.com.

Ashley Tisdale and Chris Daughtry To Perform On America’s Got Talent Tonight!

The rock group Daughtry and “High School Musical’s” Ashley Tisdale will be performing live tonight on hit show America’s Got Talent tonight. Daughtry will sing their No.1 hit single, “No Surprise,” and Tisdale will be singing her new single, “It’ Alright, It’s Okay.”

Ashley Tisdale’s sophomore album from Warner Brothers Records, “Guilty Pleasure,” was released in July and her debut album “Headstrong” for Warner Bros. RecordsM, has sold over a million copies worldwide.
