Britney Spears Engaged to Boyfriend

It seems that the princess of pop, Britney Spears, has gotten engaged to her longtime beau Jason Trawick.

Trawick reportedly popped the question on Thursday night (Dec. 15) during a romantic dinner with Spears. Although Spears has not officially announced the engagement, she posted on Twitter Friday morning, “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.”

Spears first met Trawick in 2006 when he acted as her agent at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment. Spears and Trawick officially became a couple in mid-2010.

Thursday also doubled as Trawick’s 40th birthday, and Spears posted on Twitter that she bought him a new “Confederate Bike” for the occasion. “He looked so cool in the video, that I had to get him a new motorcycle,” Spears wrote, referencing Trawick’s cameo in her “Criminal” video.

Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale Tour Comes to an End

After taking her tour around the world, Britney Spears wrapped up the Femme Fatale tour on Saturday in Puerto Rico.

Before she took the stage, Spears celebrated her 30th birthday with a party on Friday night. The pop star tweeted all about the party, “Having an amazing time at my end of tour/ belated bday party!” she wrote on Twitter on Saturday. “Thx so much to the Conrad Condado Plaza for giving us a place to celebrate this tour & my 30th bday last night – we all loved the party!”

But the fun hardly ended with the party. For her final performance of the Femme Fatale shows the following day, Spears was joined by some of her family and friends onstage.

“That’s a wrap! The Femme Fatale tour is officially over Gotta give some end of tour shout outs,” she tweeted, before showing some online love to her pals. “To [my assistant] Brett [Miller] and her fierce dance moves! She surprised me on stage tonight during ‘Big Fat Bass.’ To all my dancers – u all are basically family. Thx so much for an unforgettable year! Look at this good looking group. To every single INCREDIBLE person on my crew – none of this would of been possible without you. I’m gonna miss u!”

Britney also thanked her fans. “And last but DEFINITELY not least – to all of the amazing fans who I saw on this journey around the world,” she wrote. “<3 u all.”

For the final bow of the tour, Spears was joined by her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden, her boyfriend Jason Trawick, sister Jamie Lynn and JL’s daughter, Maddie, on stage as she said goodbye to the Femme Fatale tour.

Britney and Rihanna Team Up for ‘S&M’ Remix!

Did anyone see this one coming?!

Rihanna has teamed up with Britney Spears to release a remix of ‘S&M.’ Rihanna’s asked her fans who they wanted to see her collaborate with and they said they wanted Brit Brit. And that’s exactly what they got. The remix was released today with Spears unmistakable voice.

The song sounds exactly the same. The only difference is Spear’s voice. Is anyone else confused by the timing of this release? Hasn’t Rihanna moved on to promoting her new single ‘California King Bed?’ Is this just an effort to make Spears more of a femme fatale?

Oops She Did it again, Britney Spears Scores her 6th No. 1 album!

Britney Spears scored her sixth No. 1 album on the U.S. pop chart Wednesday, although sales were lower than expected.

“Femme Fatale” sold 276,000 copies copies during its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan data for the period ended April 3. Last week, prognostictors were looking at a start in the 280,000 to 300,000 range.

Moreover Spears’ last effort, “Circus,” sold 506,000 copies during its first chart-topping week in 2008. Only her 1999 debut, “… Baby One More Time,” began with a smaller figure (121,000 at No. 1). The only Spears album that did not reach the top was 2007′s “Blackout” (No. 2, 290,000 copies).

I am sure Britney and her camp are celebrating big time!

Britney Spears ‘Till The World Ends’ Music Video Premiere! B*tch Is Back!

Britney Spears has managed to produce one of her iconic music videos with her latest single ‘Till The World Ends’. Brit Brit looks incredible!

The music video was directed by Ray Kay who shot this incredible video with such style and attention to detail that he has brought Britney back to the pop princess she was. He also shot the video in a way that didn’t require a lot of attention on Brit Brit’s dancing, or lack of dancing. The choreography we do see makes Britney look like she’s back on track and on point with her moves.

‘Till The World Ends’ is an apocalyptic dance party and I so wish I was there! This is how I want it to go down when the world ends!

Britney Spears has released a 30 second preview of her upcoming music video for ‘Till The World Ends’ and Brit Brit looks like she’s doing a lot of dancing bouncing. Dancing is what Britney has been known for, so what’s going on with her lack of choreography in this Femme Fetale era? She looks like she’s just going through the motions just because she has to, not because she wants to. Come on Brit! Get it together. At least she looks amazing…

Britney Spears Brings The LOLs On Jimmy Kimmel. Not Afraid Of Poo Poo!

Britney Spears practically took over Jimmy Kimmel last night to promote the release of Femme Fatale. Brit Brit took part in a few skits including ‘lost footage’ from Jackass 3 that showed Britney being flung into the air in a Porta Potty. Britney’s not afraid of a little poo poo or pee pee y’all!

Britney also performed Till The World Ends and Hold It Against Me.

Britney Spears Performs On Good Morning America

Britney Spears made her first big appearance to promote the release of her new album Femme Fatale. Spears ‘performed’ 3 songs on Good Morning America in San Francisco. Femme Fatale is expected to be a big album for Spears, who is also scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel tonight.

We all expect Britney to lip sync, but we live for her dancing, but it just was not good. Sadly, it was reminiscent of Spears 2007 VMA performance. Sluggish moves that lacked the sharpness and excitement of the dancing fans have loved from Spears left her looking sloppy and out of shape.

Spears also came off as clearly not interested or excited when making her big announcement that she’s going on tour with Enrique Igslesias this summer.
