To celebrate the debut of the world’s largest cruise ship, Rihanna will be boarding the Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas on November 19th for a private concert!

“Industry giant Royal Caribbean today announced that pop star Rihanna will perform next month aboard the much-ballyhooed Oasis of the Seas — the world’s largest cruise ship.

The concert, on Nov. 19, will take place during a three-night preview voyage scheduled for the groundbreaking, 5,400-passenger vessel before its official debut in early December.

The concert is the first to promote Rihanna’s new album, Rated R… Rihanna will be the first performer ever to take the stage at Oasis of the Seas’ outdoor AquaTheater, an unusual amphitheater-style space that serves as a pool by day and ocean-front theater by night.”

November 23, 2009 is gearing up to be a huge day in the music business as several artists will be releasing highly anticipated albums.

‘The Wait Is Ova’ for all Rihanna fans as her new album Rated R will be released on Nov. 23rd. With all of the mystery surrounding her latest project, Rihanna’s new album has become one of the most highly anticipated albums of the year.

Lady Gaga will be re-releasing her debut album Fame Monster with 8 brand new tracks. Bad Romance has already been released as Gaga’s new single and instantly became a hit.

American Idol runner-up, Adam Lambert, will be releasing his debut album For Your Entertainment. Lambert is already winning the praises of millions once again with his current single ‘Time For Miracles’ from the soundtrack to the upcoming blockbuster film 2012.

Shakira’s new album, She-Wolf, has been pushed back and will now be released on Nov. 23rd. Her album will include her latest single ‘Give It Up To Me’ featuring Lil’ Wayne, which was produced by Timbaland.

Britney Spears Debuts On Top Of The Billboard Hot 100

Britney Spears becomes the first artist in over three years to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, to be released tomorrow (Oct. 15), as “3″ opens at the pinnacle of the chart. Her new track, a racy paean to the joys of three-way sex from the upcoming hits set “The Singles Collection,” due Nov. 24, shifts 255,000 downloads in its first week of release, also propelling it to No. 1 on Digital Songs. The title also jumps 38-25 on the Pop Songs chart and debuts at No. 49 on Radio Songs/Hot 100 Airplay, which ranks songs based on airplay audience on all radio formats.

“3″ is the first title to debut at No. 1 since Taylor Hicks’ “American Idol” victory song “Do I Make You Proud” did so on the chart dated July 1, 2006. In fact, the last four songs to open at No. 1 were all “American Idol”-related. Prior to Hicks, Carrie Underwood’s “Inside Your Heaven” (July 2, 2005), “I Believe” by Fantasia (July 10, 2004) and Clay Aiken’s “This Is The Night” each debuted at No. 1. The last non-”Idol” song to open at No. 1 was Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing)” on Nov. 14, 1998. “3″ is Spears’ third Hot 100 No. 1. Her debut single “…Baby One More Time” spent two weeks at No. 1 in 1999 and “Womanizer” spent a sole frame at the top, exactly one year ago this week, on the chart dated Oct. 25, 2008.

Britney’s New Single ’3′ Is A Hit!

Britney’s highly anticipated new single ’3′ hit radio today and it’s a guaranteed hit!

Sure she’s auto-tuned and her voice is over processed, but no one went to Britney’s concert to hear her sing live. Britney’s known for her hits that make you want to let loose, dance, and feel good. ’3′ is definitely one of those songs.

The song is clearly about a threesome, which the tabloids will lead you to believe Britney knows a thing or two about.

Britney’s New Single ’3′ Cover Revealed

The cover for Britney’s next single ’3′ has been revealed.

It’s definitely a different look than we’re used to for the pop princess. Is it just me, or did they photoshop her waist a little to much? Something just looks awkward…

’3′ is expected to hit radio on Tuesday.

New Britney Single To Be Released This Week

An official announcement from Britney Spears’ site –

“In celebration of the 10th anniversary of her debut on the music scene, Jive Records is releasing Britney Spears The Singles Collection on November 24. To launch the special package a brand new single entitled “3,” which Britney recently recorded with hitmaker Max Martin, will go to radio Tuesday, September 29.

There will be two configurations of The Singles Collection; an ultimate fan box set and a standard version.

The ultimate fan box set version of The Singles Collection will contain all 29 of her singles, including the new song “3.” Each disc will be packaged in its own slip sleeve case with original artwork, and will include an additional b-side or a remix of the track. The collection will include a DVD featuring all of Britney’s videos in chronological order. The ultimate fan box set will also include a special booklet featuring iconic images and fun facts about each track.

The standard version of The Singles Collection will contain 17 of her chart topping favorites along with the new song “3,” all on one CD.”
