Gwyneth Paltrow Pokes Fun of Taylor Swift (VIDEO)

Gwyneth Paltrow’s got a thing for music, and comedy apparently. She just played a fallen country singer in her latest film Country Strong, and over the weekend, the Oscar-winning 38-year-old mom transformed into a backwoods cutie again for a parody of singer Taylor Swift that aired on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.

The sketch included Gwyneth performing a cover of the young singer’s hit “Love Story” at a Bar Mitzvah –complete with curly blonde wig and acoustic guitar!

“Thank you so much for having me,” she bellowed at the crowd. “Y’all are awesome.”

Pretty funny right?

Is Madonna Angry With Lady Gaga?

Apparently the Queen of Pop, Madonna, thinks that Lady Gaga is a copycat! According to Madonna’s friends, the legend is “annoyed” with Gaga and she accuses her of ripping off her avant garde style.

Madonna’s copycat claims have been further fuelled by Gaga’s controversial — or “blasphemous,” if Katy Perry is to be believed — video, “Alejandro.” The clip shows Gaga dressed in a latex nuns’ outfit, suggestively swallowing a set of rosary beads, and appears to include references to Madonna’s early ’90s videos for “Like A Prayer” and “Vogue.”

”It just bugs Madonna that Lady Gaga uses fashion and her performance style in a way that has so many people calling her ‘The New Madonna,’” One spy says. “Madonna thinks she is unique and there cannot be a younger version of something that is unique.”

The America’s Catholic League can see the similarities between Madonna and Gaga as well and here’s what they had to say about it all:

“Lady Gaga is playing Madonna copy cat, squirming around half-naked with half-naked guys, abusing Catholic symbols – they’re always Catholic symbols – while bleating out Alejandro enough times to induce vomit… She has now become the new poster girl for American decadence and Catholic bashing, sans (without) the looks and talent of her role model.”

Christina Aguilera Wants Everyone To Know She Has Nothing Against Lady Gaga!

Christina Aguilera wants to make sure she clears up some rumors as well as dismiss reports that she is upset that Lady Gaga copies her looks.

She believes that her comments about Lady Gaga and the similarities between the two stars has been taken out of context. Fuel was added to this feud after Akon made a comment that Christina was copying Gaga’s image for the “Beautiful” singer’s comeback.

Aguilera writes, “I would like to take a moment to clarify something that has been brought to my attention… It is very easy for comments to be taken out of context and create unnecessary drama, especially between us women. So I would like to tell you all directly, so my words can not be misconstrued to sell someone else’s story.

“I have absolutely nothing against Lady Gaga or any other female artist in this business. I think she is great, and I appreciate any woman fearless enough to go against the norm.

“She has earned her success with hard work and a clear focus and I have nothing but respect for that. There is room for all of us on everyone’s iPods.”

“This is not the first time I have been unfairly pitted against another female artist, but it will be the last time I comment on the matter.”

Jenna Jameson To Launch A Career In Music?

Former porn star Jenna Jameson wants to take a break from acting and focus on a career in music. Some of you might not have known this but Jenna Jameson had a small part in Howard Stern’s “Private Parts” in the late 90′s. As we all know Jenna stepped away from making adult films to focus on booking gigs in mainstream films, but now she’s ready to lay down some tracks!

Jameson will be recording her debut album with producer Jud Mahoney.

She tells LadiezNight.com, “I got involved with singing early on while living in (Las) Vegas. I was a member of a play company that required everyone to sing and dance. I always loved dancing, and was classically trained, but singing was something I really never pursued. Now that I am finally pursuing it, I am extremely excited, and a little nervous. I do my best work when I’m nervous.”

She continued to say, “I’m not sure if this is going to be a second career, I think that depends on whether my fans accept me as a singer, and buy my music. So, I’m keeping my fingers crossed.”

Justin Bieber took a moment to remind everyone that Mariah Carey’s golden days are over, you know everyone already thinks that. He has no interest in ever collaborating with Mariah Carey and he insists that she just doesn’t have the pipes like she used to.

It’s pretty hilarious that Justin feels he has the right to comment about one of the most successful artists in the industry given the fact he’s only 16 years old!

Justin was asked if he would ever collaborate with Mariah Carey and here’s what Justin told The Sun, “I don’t love her new music, it’s not the same [as her old stuff].” He continued to say “It’s like Michael Jordan coming back out to play in the NBA. She is past her best.”

Jessica Simpson drank cow urine for her new reality show, “The Price of Beauty.” She said, “I puke a couple of times… I had to drink some cow urine; not tasty at all…In India, it’s a way of detoxing. I wouldn’t recommend it personally.”

Jessica’s rumored boyfriend, Billy Corgan, has been in the news lately after addressing John Mayers rude comments he made about Jessica in Playboy magazine.

Lady Gaga credits her dead aunt’s spirit for helping her get off her cocaine addiction. Apparently right before Lady Gaga shot to fame she was fighting her cocaine addiction but fortunately with the help of her aunt’s spirit, she was able to stop taking drugs.

She tells Britain’s News of the World, “I realized my father’s sister, Joanne, who’d died at 19, had instilled her spirit in me. She was a painter and a poet – and I had a spiritual vision I had to finish her business. I never met her but she’s been one of the most important figures in my life.”

Katy Perry was upset her producer hacked into her Twitter.com account to post a series of embarrassing messages, such as “Is it normal to have the recurrent rash with blisters on my vagina???” while another said, “Oops I cr**ped my pants! It’s messy. What should I do?”

The I Kissed A Girl hit-maker was stunned when she discovered Lukasz Gottwald, also known as Dr. Luke, logged onto her page and wrote obscene comments for all her friends and fans to see.

After realizing she’d been pranked, Katy Perry blasted the songwriter, writing, “Hey stop! I leave my computer for one second. Stop hacking my Twitter.”

Asher Roth Wants Everyone To Know He’s Not Gay

Asher has stepped forward to address rumors that he is a closeted homosexual. There were rumors that he was recently dropped by his Record label SRC, after word that the “I Love College” star was scheduled to come out of the closet in an E! News special.

Roth’s record label issued a statement addressing the gay rumors late Sunday:

“Asher Roth is not gay, and is not scheduled to be interviewed on the E! Channel. Furthermore, Asher has not been dropped from SRC Records, and is a top priority at the label after having sold over a million copies his ‘I Love College’ single. Asher is currently working on his next album for SRC.”

Rihanna feels “Sorry” For Boyfriends That Don’t Get Nude Pics From Their Girlfriends

Rihanna thinks every woman should send their boyfriend flesh-flashing flicks of themselves.

The “Russian Roulette” singer was mortified when several nude images of her bare body — allegedly sent to former flame Chris Brown — were leaked onto the Interwebs back in May, but eventually realized it was no big deal.

“If you don’t send your boyfriend naked pictures, then I feel bad for him,” the pop princess matter-of-factly told Angie Martinez in an interview on the Big Apple’s Hot 97 on Monday.

However, the “Disturbia” hitmaker feels she has lost a great deal of privacy since the naked images started doing rounds on the web.

“I just felt like my whole privacy was taken before that and then, when that came out, I thought, ‘oh great, so now there’s nothing they don’t know about me and my private life,” the singer told Martinez.

Rihanna was especially shamefaced at the thought of facing her family after the nudes leaked:

“It was humiliating and it was embarrassing – especially my mom having to see that. It was two days before Mother’s Day, so I was nervous,” Rihanna recalled. “I sent her flowers first before I called and then she texted me – when the world is against me she’s always there supporting. If it’s wrong, she will still let me know but she wouldn’t come down on me like, ‘oh my God, what were you thinking?’”
