Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson Put Beverly Hills Mansion Up For Sale

Pete Wentz and his recently unemployed wife Ashlee are selling their home because it isn’t kid-friendly.

The couple has put their sprawling hillside Beverly Hills estate on the market as they hunt for a home with a yard for baby son Bronx, a source tells Life & Style Magazine. “The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realised that really isn’t a child-friendly house,” a tipser divulged.

“They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”

Ashlee bought the home in January 2007. It features four bedrooms, a gym, a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, and two-store guesthouse.

I hope they don’t plan on having any more kids..I think it’s just better for the children.

Leona Lewis Is Moving To LA

Leona Lewis has had a change of heart when it comes to life in Los Angeles. Last year, Simon Cowell gave Leona a $5 million mansion in Beverly Hills, but Leona said she felt “incredibly lonely” in LA and couldn’t spend a lot of time there.

Now she’s just bought a house in the Hollywood Hills with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool and a gym. Leona says “When I first got to LA I didn’t know what to make of it – but after a while I found myself enjoying it. It’s just a very outdoors kind of life.”

“But home is where the heart is and at the moment my heart is in the UK.” Leona insists that Hackney is still her home.

Rihanna Moves Into The Hills

Rihanna’s back in Los Angeles and just moved into the multi-million dollar home she purchased in the Hollywood Hills.

The 10,000 square foot house includes 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a sauna and steam room, a library, a gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances and a home theatre along with a pool, spa and massive decks that show off a 270 degree view of the city below.
